Research On The Public Service Of Government WeChat In Hubei Province

In the "Internet plus" background,great changes have taken place in the public information environment.The government wechat as a new media tool doesn't only change the public's way of thinking,but also change the pattern of the government's public service.Holding the text,voice,video capabilities,payment and location government wechat give full play to new media tool's public service characteristics.Therefore,government wechat public service is significance for our country to build a service-oriented government.In this paper,the content can be divided into about four parts: The first part,on the basis of expound the concept of wechat and government wechat,we clarify the main contents of government wechat's provision of public services,and study the operation mechanism of government wechat's public service.The second part,using the methods of case study,data analysis,and questionnaire analysis,starts from the condition about the operation of government wechat of Hubei Province,provides summary of the operation situation.And analyses the overall development of Hubei government wechat public service,the public service of representative accounts and the questionnaire of government wechat public service.The third part,based on the analysis of current situation,government wechat public service have the problem of low development level,the lack of information interaction and communication,low quality of information content,imperfect online service function,little publicity efforts and lack of sudden emergency management,because of the concept,economy,talents,security and institutional.The fourth part,based on the effectiveness and experience of e-government management and some excellent administration practices of government wechat,some constructive suggestions are put forward from the following five aspects: strengthening the construction of the government wechat capacity,improving the content quality of government wechat,strengthening the interaction between the government and thepeople,improving the online service function of government wechat,improving the government's wechat guarantee system and enhancing the effectiveness of government wechat's communication,so as to reach a higher level of the development,and make positive contribution in promoting the service oriented government.
