Along with the network false news emerging in endlessly, finding the mechanism of the development and the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the analysis of the status which have been in consideration by theoretical and practical circles has extremely profound practical significance. Again,the author is going to explore the reality and shortcomings of legal regulation network false news in China from the present situation on legislation, law enforcement and judicial status of network false news. Finally, about the false news legal regulation measures, in addition to draw lessons from foreign to network and web content management experience, the author draws lessons from Shanghai free trade zone about negative list system, exploring the negative list for the applicability of the rapid development of network technology, hoping to provide better coping strategies to solutions of the problem of network false news.
