Recovered stolen goods and manhunt abroad are the two major themes of anti-corruption international judicial cooperation. Manhunt focus on a problem about human being, the purpose of the defection of foreign criminals or accused to justice;and recovering stolen goods is to solve the problem about the proceeds of crime,which is to illegally transfer abroad of the proceeds of crime and the proceeds of crime were recovered. The current international judicial cooperation in pursuit of stolen goods overseas are faced with a big problem, our judiciary for extradition and repatriation of criminal suspects, and recover the proceeds of crime and other requests are often shelved countries, sometimes because of co-channel is not smooth,collaborative approach conflict, resulting in pursuit of stolen goods difficult to carry out the work, and even the country rejected.This paper based on the background of the current international recovering stolen goods and manhunt, China faces a lot of issues about these two problems, from the basic concept of international judicial cooperation, historical origins and begin system level, judicial cooperation by States research and development, combined with our international judicial cooperation development and practice, analysis of the status of international judicial cooperation and deficiencies that currently exist.The international judicial cooperation in civil litigation has been neglected elaborated and introduced by them and their traditional way of international judicial cooperation in criminal proceedings Comparative analysis of the pros and cons of each, and try other systems of judicial cooperation provisions were to be introduced,is formed a detailed analysis of international judicial cooperation regime.
