A Study On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Urban Social Governance

With the social governance coming forward in China, the way of social management began to transform from the "unified" to " diversified ". On the other hand, it also give social organizations and the others an opportunity to attend social governance. Social organizations are playing an important role in conforming social resources and easing social conflicts. On the other hand, it will also remedy the defect of government in the field of public service and public administration. In recent years, the activities of the social organizations have gone deep into many fields, including medicine, education and employment. Under the background of a large number of migrants from the countryside into city life, we should actively promote social organizations to participate in urban social governance.However, in our country, because of long-term administration of unified social management mode, "strong state and weak society" has become a social situation. People still can’t abandon the consciousness of "worship of government", although the market has replaced the government as the main resource distributor and the government are promoting decentralization. On the other hand, the government has enacted many policies to promote decentralization, but it still can’t trust the social organizations. In the process of development, the social organizations also facing many problems. For example, they don’t have a perfect system, they lack of funding sources and they have a low credibility. But the pattern has formed, in which all the social subjects will participate in the social governance, and in 2016, our first social organic law- the charity law of the People’s Republic of China has been enacted, we trust the social organizations will better participate in the social governance.The article on the basis of that the government has realized the social organizations is playing an important role in the urban social governance. Therefore, in the first chapter, after introducing the relevant concepts, theories and research scope, the paper focuses on the role of social organizations in urban social governance and the necessity of social organizations to participate in urban social governance. Then, though analyzing the development history of the social organizations and urban management system in our country, I tried to dissect the problems that the social organizations are facing in the social governance. Finally, on the basis of learning the foreign experience and combining our national conditions, the paper try to find some original paths of social organizations to actively participate in urban social governance.
