On The Protection Of Chinese Citizens' Rights And Interests In Foreign Economic Intercourse

Our country citizen’s personal and property rights protection in the foreign economic exchanges is faced with more and more severe challenges, so the Chinese government must improve the emphasis. The development trend of globalization and foreign security threat factors existing together, the implementation of the strategy of "going out", the maintenance problem of our country citizen interests in the foreign economic exchanges, the humanistic trend of international law, the Chinese government’s introducing the concept of "diplomacy for the people", all of which work together to promote our government’s development of protecting our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges. However,under the background of foreign governments and private Chinese exclusion, how to solve and ensure well our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges, which is the big difficult problem faced with by our government.With the rapid development of globalization and China’s national strength growing, the problem of protecting our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges has received worldwide attention. However, it will be of great significance for our government,who put forward "building a harmonious society" as the goal and "people-oriented" as the governing idea, if we can solve and ensure well our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges.The problem of protecting our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges is the research subject in this paper.Besides the introduction and conclusion, the paper’s main research content is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly an overview of the related theory and legal basis and define the related concepts involved. The second part mainly from two aspects of personal injury risk and property damage risk introduce the current situation ofprotecting our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges under the background of foreign governments and private Chinese exclusion. The third part mainly from the five aspects put forward the existing problems and the legal reason analysis of the protection of our country citizen’s personal and property rights in the foreign economic exchanges under the background of foreign governments and private Chinese exclusion. The fourth part mainly for the third part expounds the countermeasures and the effective ways to solve the problem of protecting our country citizen’s rights in the foreign economic exchanges under the background of foreign governments and private Chinese exclusion.
