Research On The Protection Of Workers' Economic Rights And Interests By Trade Unions In Jinan

With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,China's employment patterns,Employment Situation,and the pattern of distribution of interests have undergone earth-shaking changes.As a part of the Relations of production,labor relations,its main body and its interest demand more and more diversification,has manifested the new time characteristic,and has highlighted the new contradiction and the question.In the labor relations between workers and enterprises,enterprises have the advantage of capital and occupy a strong position.Although the number of workers is large,they are not in a dominant position.Phenomena such as wage deduction,unequal pay,gratuitous dismissal and lack of welfare occur from time to time,it has seriously harmed the workers'labor economic rights and interests and led to the frequent occurrence of labor economic tort cases.Trade Unions,as the only organization to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers,play a more and more important role in safeguarding the labor economic rights and interests of workers.In recent years,the trade union organizations at all levels in Jinan have focused on the prominent problems and the realistic needs of the workers in protecting the economic rights and interests of the workers in our city.They have continuously increased their efforts in safeguarding the rights and interests of the workers,and have achieved certain results,but it also exposed the defects of the imperfect system and mechanism,the lack of the means,the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the limitations of trade unions themselves,and the constraints of the external environment.Therefore,the author makes investigation and reflection on how to strengthen the protection of workers'labor economic rights and interests of the trade union in Jinan,hoping to provide some useful references for the practice of protecting workers'rights and interests in our city.This paper consists of five parts.The first part of the paper introduces the background significance,literature review and research ideas.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and legal basis of labor union to protect the economic rights and interests of workers.The third part introduces the practice and current situation of Jinan trade union's work of safeguarding workers' labor economic rights and interests through data and case analysis.In the fourth part,through questionnaire and interview,the author analyzes the specific problems of Jinan trade union in safeguarding the labor economic rights and interests of workers,and analyzes the relevant reasons.In the fifth part,according to the current problems faced by the trade union,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the labor economic rights and interests of the workers in Jinan City from the aspects of clarifying the function orientation of the trade union,exploring the effective means of the trade union,strengthening the mechanism construction of the trade union,strengthening the external environment of the trade union,and enhancing the attraction of the trade union.
