No gold, however, in our fast-moving pace of the reform of the household registration system has become one of the areas lag in development. As the rapid development of social economy and political in our country. Urban household registration, which is given too much fringe benefits makes lots of rural population scramble for, this situation caused a large number of people migrate to the first-tier cities blindly. So our social injustice, our management of population get into trouble, even the proceeding of our urbanization is slow down. In the process of the rapid development of our country, the reform of the household registration system is our first priority.This paper discusses the history and present situation of the development of the household registration system in our country; systematically analyzes the new requirements from Party and the government, and the Integral locating system; by means of empirical research from different cities, pointed out the new mode of China household registration system, which is in the implementation process,should be paid attention to and discuss it specific, analyzing the disadvantages of new household registration and the malpractice if put it into practice for a long time, and put forward some corresponding advice for the new mode of China household registration system.
