In our historically country, change in dynasty and frequent flow turbulence in the history of population, the unfortunate always flowing a filth that ugly phenomenon of human trafficking. its development has experienced from the slavery society open, legitimate business people, in the feudal society to ban and semi-public contradictory state, to the after new China was founded as a crime on the process. But influenced by globalization, kidnapping crime ugly phenomenon is still rampant, the situation is warning:remove the women and children are trafficked, must not by national government related functional departments of the existing initiatives alone, still need more efforts and a wider range of intervention and support. This needs under the guidance of the government, social organization in the field of related assistance to assist the government to carry out the work, and this kind of work requires creative thought and method, need of government-led social organizations and people from all walks of life to actively participate in and action. Based on this understanding, we can research related social organizations in the rescue practice, on the basis of the experience and lessons of the social organizations in the rescue abducted and the role of women and children to carry out the exploration research work.This paper divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic theories and related concepts of abnormal petition. The second chapter introduces the form and characteristics of human trafficking, also presenting the severity and particularity of human trafficking in Beijing. The third chapter starts from the Analysis of the current situation of Beijing human trafficking, to prominent the importance of social organization in Beijing. The fourth part analyze the problems existing in the rescue practice of social organization. The last chapter explores how to improve the effect and duties and responsibilities of Beijing social organization in human trafficking, which could have a more important role of social organization.
