The economic development of our country is more and more high,the highway construction speed is also more and more quickly,the highway traffic mileage in nearly ten years to present the explosive development.But the highway accidents are more and more high,now each highway management institutions have the prevention and relief of highway accidents for priority among priorities of work,become the transportation industry is very urgent problem to establish emergency rescue management system and a set of perfect highway accidents.Through the analysis of highway accidents,determine the cause of the accident,the establishment of accident emergency handling process.According to different types of accidents,reasonable arrangements for the planning of emergency rescue methods and materials and equipment,making highway accident emergency rescue efficient,economical and reasonable.The reasonable arrangement of emergency rescue station service points and the equipping of materials and equipment are the preconditions to meet the requirement of efficient,economical and reasonable rescue of expressway accidents.Therefore,it is very important that the correct site selection and materials support for expressway emergency rescue service points.This paper analyzes the characteristics and types of highway accidents,summarized several factors of the accident,put forward the general process of Expressways accident rescue,and accord to the highway vehicles,road tunnel fire,natural disasters cause pavement damage and other special circumstances and special events are analyzed.And through the analysis of the coverage of emergency rescue service point based on the demand of the accident,the construction site selection model of the emergency rescue service point and the configuration model of the emergency rescue point material are established.And taking Chongqing Wan Yun expressway as an example,the depth analysis of the maximum coverage model based on the cloud expressway emergency rescue site location and the corresponding emergency rescue point material configuration.
