Research On The Rescue And Protection Path Of Rural Juvenile Delinquency Supported By New Agricultural Organization

In recent years,the number-of crimes committed by young people has increased year by year,while the number of juvenile offenders released from prison in rural areas has skyrocketed because they are not well integrated into society and start a new life.Juvenile delinquency and recidivism in rural areas have become a universal problem that society has to face.With the help of the new agricultural organization,this article aims to explore how rural juvenile delinquents can be effectively reformed and saved under the support of the new agricultural organization,so as to realize social integration,thus reducing the occurrence of reoffending.This paper uses interview method,literature investigation method,questionnaire survey method and so on to study the new agricultural organization can realize the way of saving and protecting in the three stages from prison to prison release.The article mainly analyzes the type of crime,the cause of crime,its own cultural structure and technical characteristics,the characteristics of prison rehabilitation and the expected needs after release from prison.To find the root cause of the rural youth on the criminal path can be summarized as follows:because of their own or parents away from the rural areas caused by many disadvantages caused by their social deviation.Through the analysis of the types and characteristics of the new agricultural organizations,we should explore the important role that the new agricultural organizations can play in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Through the analysis of the relationship between the social responsibility of the new agricultural organization,the willingness to help,and the rescue and protection of young people who have released from rural crime after serving their sentence,and through the survey conducted by the visit,the current situation,problems and reasons of the new agricultural organization in saving and protecting rural youth.This paper explores three ways to realize the protection of the new agricultural organization in the three stages from prison sentence to release from prison.In the past,without relevant theoretical research and practical research aimed specifically at rural juvenile delinquents,this paper has combined the transformation and rescue of new agricultural organizations with the transformation of rural juvenile delinquents,which is an innovation in content and perspective,However,due to the fact that the new agricultural organizations are involved in the transformation and rescue of young people in rural areas,the number of cases and sample analyses are not enough.At the same time,because there are no theoretical and practical data that can be used for reference,this article may be too idealistic.The operability is not strong and so on insufficient.
