With the continuous improvement of the level of opening up in China, economic level and the rapid development of science and technology, the express industry has become an integral part of the industry a link and a burgeoning, the speed and suddenness of the rapid rise, especially in the developed provinces such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang is more significant. Express industry for economy of many industry provides has timeliness, and security reliability, and door to door of express delivery and information can track of service, especially in international trade, and domestic trade, and aviation goods transport, and sea ocean transport, and tourism, and technology development, and technology development, and medical emergency, and e-commerce up to has bridge role and for its reduced cost, and upgrade business efficiency and production efficiency play has huge of promote role. With the gradual increase of market share, more gradual rise in the corporate, government regulation of the industry will be an important issue. Our main areas of industry focus for security, quality of service and the quality of employees, such as operating in the express goods damaged in the process cannot be served in a timely manner will greatly affect the express company’s reputation. In order to promote the healthy operation of express industry and the development, in urgent need of government role again, address the express industry in China there are many loopholes, such as inadequate supervision, a manner and process system to be issues such as innovation, focused on body-building, supervision of the expanded explicitly with the regulatory content, and so on. Designs regulatory regime, not only to correctly handle the relationship between Fed Ex and the postal industry, achieving effective convergence with the transportation industry and other industries, and can avoid to the maximum extent of express delivery in the process theft, breakage and other accidents occur, reduce the risk of consumers, fully consider the interests of stakeholders. Effective allocation of resources, both individually and in a coordinated regulatory framework, our express delivery companies in the fair, just and orderly market environment, healthy development, and ultimately achieve reasonable regulation of government regulation of the ultimate objective of sustainable development.
