Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Supervision In Express Delivery Industry

In recent years,with the vigorous development of e-commerce and the unprecedented prosperity of express delivery industry,it has been widely welcomed by the general public for its advantages of convenience,speed and low price.As it enters thousands of households,express delivery industry has become an important part of modern service industry and an important industry and new growth point of our national economy.However,with the rapid development of express industry,there are also some problems.The contradiction between people's increasing demand for delivery and poor service quality and more security risks in express industry has become increasingly prominent.The occurrence of "poisonous express delivery" incident in Shandong exposes the problems existing in government supervision,and reveals the importance of strengthening government supervision in express industry.How to strengthen the supervision of the express industry and make it develop healthily and safely has become an important issue.In order to safeguard social public safety,guarantee the healthy and orderly development of express industry and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,this paper takes the government supervision of express industry in T city as an example,expounds the current situation and achievements of government supervision of express industry in T city,and analyses the existing regulatory standards of government supervision in express industry by using the theory of regulatory failure,government regulation theory and information asymmetry theory.Indeed,the subject of supervision is not clear,the object of supervision is not uniform,and the reasons for the above problems are summarized.Combining with the comparison of government supervision of foreign express industry,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the government supervision of express industry in China from four aspects: perfecting the legal system of express industry,supervision and management system,market access allowance system and industry self-discipline.
