On The New Concept Of China 's Diplomacy Since The 18th National Congress Of The CPC

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the innovativeness of Chinese diplomacy has become more and more visible.So to speak,every change and innovation of China diplomacy conception represents the quiet force from the new changes of China’s comprehensive national strength and international situation,which indicates the advanced diplomacy conception of our country.Taking the latest historical background into consideration,this paper analyzed the new strategy of international situation,surroundings and national development strategy,and then sort out and refined the related literatures based on these analysis results.This article suggested that,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s new diplomacy conception has mainly included five parts:the new justice-profit view,which tempers justice with profit and pays more attention to justice than profit;the new international security view which insists common,synthesis,cooperation and sustainability;the new civilization view which adheres to coexistence and mutual prosperity,communication and mutual learning;the new power view which appreciates non-conflict,non-confrontation,mutual respect and win-win cooperation;the new neighboring diplomacy concept which advocates kinship,integrity,benefit and tolerant.At the same time,this paper also analyzed the practical significance and era value of China’s new diplomacy conception.At last,author has concluded five feature of China’s new diplomacy conception based on the connotation and development tendency of the latest diplomacy conception,that is to build and apply the diplomacy soft power based on conception to guide the diplomacy practice;to develop the diplomacy conception step by step;to develop the systematic,theoretical and prospective conception of diplomacy;to emphasize bottom line thinking and maintain national interest;to value cooperation,insist peaceful development and contribute to world harmony.A series of latest diplomacy conception put forward by China,which represents the conception of win-win cooperation and tolerant attitude,is an inevitable choice of China to be a new great power and support to realize an international harmonious society.It will provide practical significance for the future diplomacy practice of China.
