Career Outlook Study

To set up the right view about being an officer is the demand of enhancing the administering and leading ability of our Party, strengthening the basis of our cadres' political thought, resisting corruption, preventing changing and also of the ability of withstanding risk. It is also a brand-new subject in the process of the construction of our cadre ranks in the new era, which is awaiting the immediate solution. To our leading cadres, the most important is to firmly set up Marxist view on world view on life, view of value, and firmly set up the right view on power, view on status view on benefit. Guided by Marxism, Leninism, MaoZedong thought and the theory of DengXiaoping, this paper is written according to the important thought of JiangZemin's "Three Representatives". It mainly studies the historical research, the class analysis of view on being an officer, and the status quo of our leading cadres' view on being an officer. In the meantime, it makes out the basic means to set up the right view on being an officer, presenting the existing problem and the analysis of its causes. This paper makes a primary suggestion about the system structure of the view on being an officer; put forward the author's opinion about "set up the right view on benefit, insisting on for the public; set up the right view on status, insisting on being the server; set up the right view on power, insisting on for the people". It also advances some specific suggestions and solutions to series of current problems like completing the mechanism of appointing the worthy, supervising the administration, nurturing the excellent environment, etc.
