A Study On The Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency In Hanjiang District Of Yangzhou City

Juvenile delinquency is an important problem about the life of minors involved in crime, family happiness and tranquility, social harmony and stability and the future of our country. In recent years, with parallel advancement of urbanization, industrialization and IT application, the problem of juvenile delinquency has become increasingly prominent in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City. It brings a negative impact on social harmony and stability that the increasing of groups organized, the lower ages of crime, the adult means of committing crimes, the tendency of more violence and the increasing of the extreme cases of malignancy. It is quite significant to make a careful analysis of the new characteristics and trends of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District, analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency and put forward the pertinence and effectiveness of preventive measures.This paper is based on the background of the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City, researching on the current situation of the prevention of juvenile delinquency, studying on the causes of juvenile delinquency with field survey method, literature research method and interview method. Besides, this paper analyses the problems and causes of juvenile delinquency prevention and put forward some suggestions of the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City.This paper finds that the juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District shows a trend of lowering age, groups organized and violence. There are the problems of lack of talents reserve, imperfect institution and judicial system, the absence of funds, incomplete management approach and ineffective propaganda and education of the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District. This paper presents the causes of the problems about the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District, which is government’s wrong political achievements, redundant management mechanism, a range of competent department standards, weakness prevention in advance, a single subject of prevention and so on. In order to put forward some suggestion of the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City, we need to strengthen organizational leadership prevention work organization construction, ensuring adequate financing and the construction of judicial system, increase prevention and management efforts, innovate legal publicity, the constructing of "four in one" prevention system and so on.
