The phenomenon of migrant workers unpaid wages cause the public attention, and become the party and the government’s priority, the various files instructions to solve peasant workers wage arrears phenomenon. But "unpaid phenomenon year after year " become a persistent ailment, there are unpaid phenomenon in the end of every year. Peasant workers wage arrears phenomenon is peculiar to the urbanization process in China, and Chinese household registration system and the status of the economy are inseparable. Cheap labor force in Chinese construction market doesn’t play the rules and the urban and rural situation is the important cause which leading to the question of back pay. Although "refused to pay the labor " played a certain role in the problem of peasant workers’ back pay, it is the malicious wage arrears for migrant rural workers that can prevent and punish in accordance with the law, but for business rules and business wage arrears which cannot widely used also need other relevant labor laws and mechanism of industry standard.Based on this, this article through the internship in Guiyang we can see a large number of migrant workers unpaid case and by researching visiting survey of migrant workers in Guiyang city, find some problems and the reasons of the wage arrears phenomenon and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve on the phenomenon of peasant workers’ back pay have positive significance.
