On China's Sme Technology Innovation Strategy

As cells of modern society, enterprise is the central of marketing economics. Among them the most active and vigorous part is the Small and Middle Enterprises (SMEs), which consist of the majority of the whole enterprises. Today SMEs take a key role in the nation economics, create much more job opportunity and make great progress in the field of technique innovatory. To be the basis of innovatory and development of the market economics system, SMEs have made its technique innovatory, the essence of the market economics again.Because of opening policy, the SMEs of our country is becoming more and more active, especially in the 90's, and now high technique SMEs is already the new profit producers of our national economics. As paying more attention to their development, the party and the government take a series policies and measures to promote their development and have had a great achievement. But compare with the developed countries, the economic basis of our SMEs is very weak, the important reason for it is that the technique innovatory is still substantially underdeveloped, the outcome of technique can hardly produce profit, and the generation of the production is so slow. This essay gives a new view of how to create the new technical innovation system of SMEs by taking over the useful experience of the advanced country on how to support the SMEs in our country.The essay is consist of five parts:Firstly, the general the theory of technique innovatory, introducing the term of technique innovatory and the development of technique innovatory.Secondly, defining the SMEs from both quantity and quality and analyzing the advantages, specialties and functions of technique innovatory of the SMEs.Thirdly, describing the importance and reality of the technique innovatory in our country.Fourthly, introducing some useful experiences of the developed country and gives some suggestion for the technique innovatory of SMEs.Finally, giving a suggestive resolution on how to create a new system of technique for technique innovatory and setting up a new enterprises-central technique innovatory.
