Technological Innovation Capability Analysis And Research

The research focuses on technical innovation competence in middle and small enterprises with the purpose of discovering the significant effects of technical innovation competence on immediate benefits and competitive power. It is based on the theories of technical innovation and competitive power to discuss the effects of essential factors of pioneering ability and enterprises of different character and size on innovation competence, benefits and competitive power.Using case study and questionnaire, with middle and small enterprises in our province as major samples, one hundred and ninety four subjects from seventy seven companies were surveyed. The findings show that: (1) the essential elements of technical innovation competence are innovation inclination, innovation management, research, manufacture, marketing, etc; (2) there is distinct difference in innovation expectations, innovation system, marketing expansion in different companies; (3) there is distinct difference in policy supporting, intellectual property rights, immediate benefits, competitive power. in enterprises of different size; (4) there is clear influence of innovation inclination on competitive power; (5) there exists clear difference in immedfate benefits and competitive power with different innovation management; (6) marketing capacity has a direct effect on immediate benefits and competitive power.
