The fast development and the actuality of Human Resource Management in Chinese Joint Venture need the managerial innovation . This paper is to meet the need by setting up a model of Hunan Resource Common Culture Management(HRCCM) based on the system theory and the method of cross-culture management. By analysing the effect on the HRM by the multi-culture environment clarifing the power and resistance system of the model. the paper describe three function of the model such as :Common value-sense; Common managerial institution; Common managerial technology. The research of the subject attempts to quest a HRM model which can correct the cultural difference and can quell the cultural conflict so that it may help Chinese enterprises make better use of the foreign capital which can modernize and internationalize them. and it can be the reference for the "out-going"of the Chinese enterprises. |
