Enterprise Innovation Network

With Information Technology developing fast and the change ofcompetitive environment, people both in researching and industrialcircles are paying ever--increasing attention to the network organizationsamong enterprises and other related units for the purpose ofcollaboration innovation. The dissertation first defines the concept ofenterprise innovation network, that is, based on various contracts andoften linked with Internet, a kind of complementary and long--termcooperative arrangements among enterprises and other related units forthe purpose of enhancing their innovative capabilities. Then afterstudying the Network Theory, the dissertation focuses on analyzing thecooperative method, cooperative mechanism, and its function of theenterprise innovation network. Based on this, the dissertation furtherdiscusses the establishment and development mode of the enterpriseinnovation network. At last, the dissertation takes the Hi--Techenterprises in Zhongguancun area for example to make an applicablestudy on the formation and development of the enterprise innovationnetwork. The conclusions drawn from the dissertation are as follows: theenterprise innovation network enables enterprises to acquire necessaryinnovative resources, shorten their R&D periods, cut down their R&Dinvestment and then decrease innovation risks, so enterprises can bettermeet the fast changing market demand. Therefore, the enterpriseinnovation network will flourish as time goes.
