The commercialization of knowledge brings not only the boundless opportunities but also the challenges for the high-tech enterprises. In the trend of subdivision of the work, an enterprise can hardly be always in the ascendant at every aspect. So, the cooperation and double-win becomes the pop topic for the enterprises. The rapid development of the technology and market environment makes the enterprises to run more agilely and efficiently, to fit the market requirement of small batch, individuation and multiformity. Under this circumstance, dynamic collaboration came forth, and became today's the newest mode for enterprise management and operation. Based on the essential idea and characteristics of dynamic collaboration, and on the practical operation of V&D Company, the research of the dynamic collaboration mode of V&D was carried out in R&D, manufacturing and marketing area of the product. The practical solutions were brought forward for dynamic collaboration of the high and new-tech enterprise, with middle or small size. The main study of this paper includes the following aspects:* The background, definition and characteristics of dynamic collaboration were explicated.* With the analysis of the constituting course of V&D's new product designing dynamic collaboration, the study of the process and method for setting up a dynamic collaboration was accomplished.* Along with the research of practical mode of V&D's agile manufacturing, the study for the main characteristics of dynamic collaboration in agile manufacturing was accomplished.* Through analyzing on the application and specialties of V&D's dynamic multi-channel strategy, dynamic collaboration was extended to the marketing area innovatively. A new pattern of management fitting for the high and new-tech enterprise, with middle or small size in China, was put forward.* With the analysis of the important meaning and realization of managing and controlling of dynamic collaboration, the importance of management and control of dynamic collaboration was emphasized.The study proved that the new organization form of dynamic collaboration could also be used in the high and new-tech enterprise, with middle or small size in China. The field of dynamic collaboration practice can be also extended to the R&D and the marketing areas. Dynamiccollaboration is the most efficient approach for Chinese high and new-tech enterprise, with middle or small size, to take the chance and grow fast. The cooperating mode of Dynamic collaboration enable these enterprises to take chance of market, shorten cycle of the R&D and manufacturing, and reduce the cost of the product. Market strategy under dynamic collaboration, can help these enterprises to set up the basic marketing channel very soon and promote the new product into the market as soon as possible. The multiplicity and the changeability are the new trends of dynamic collaboration. The concerted supervising system is the important premise for the operating of the alliance. And the control of the dominant status is the key word for the alliance.The conclusions of this paper provide the theoretic and practical references for the innovative researches on the mode of management for Chinese high and new-tech enterprise, with middle or small size. Moreover, these conclusions can also give the instructional advices for the speedy growing of Chinese high-tech enterprise.
