The paper has given an overall introduction to Dalian Port for the whole layout of Organization and the developmental tactics of the enterprise in the future, obviously pointed out that the port transportation enterprise?s key development stages and the 1. requirement to the human resources. In addition collects the relative data through investigating and consulting the documents of Shanghai Port, Ningho Port and Dalian Port s. The paper forecasts the three ports?total employees, number of talents in coming 5 or 10 years by the means of trend forecast; among which makes a full prediction to the demand amount of employees, talents, technicians and non梩echnicians in Dalian Port. The result is that the total ernploy梕es in Dalian Port have reduced a little, the talents have increased a few during steady and the technicians have reduced a bit. The paper individually predicts the amount of talents, technicians and non梩echnicians according to Dalian Port the human resources status last 8 years, making use of supply prediction method桵arkov Transferring Matrix Method?The trend forecast is in accordance to the amount梤equired trend forecast.
