China's Urban Land Use System And Land Market Research

This thesis applies the theories of the land resource economics to analysis the system of urban land use and land market in china from two aspects. On the one hand, it admits the positive role of urban landmarkets; on the other hand, it points out the exist problem of landmarkets in China, and put forward some proposals to improve it. Chapter 1. Introduction. First, it shows the background and significance of the thesis. Second, it summarizes and evaluates the irends and situation inner and abroad on study of this topic .Third , it specifies the basic thoughts and methods which used in the thesis. Chapter 2 .the Relative Theories and Basic Concepts. The theories of economics and the basic concepts concerned are introduced. Chapter 3. the Reform of System of Land Use and the Form of Land Market. It discusses the courses of development and reform about urban land use in China in time order. Chapter 4.The Analysis of Urban Land Market It raises the problems that exist in urban land market from three aspects. Chapter 5. countermeasure. It makes some countermeasures to develop the urban land market and propose some new ideas, such as land bank, obvious market etc.
