Challenges And Countermeasures Faced By China When The United States Intervenes In The South China Sea

The South China Sea issue consists of two main aspects: Firstly,the countries boarding the south China Sea are fighting for the sovereignty of islands and reefs,the demarcation of maritime boundaries,and the exploitation of marine resources;Secondly,the involvement of large countries in the South China Sea through various means has made the issue increasingly complex.There are new issues such as complications and internationalization.The current study of the South China Sea issue mainly focuses on the "new problems" of the South China Sea issue and responds to "new issues".The reasons for the emergence and development of the South China Sea issue are analyzed from two perspectives.There are disputes over the interests of the countries concerned and the influence of intervention by major countries such as the United States.The assertion that China claims sovereignty in the South China Sea is not due to the discovery of oil and gas resources in the South China Sea.It is based on historical facts.No country has raised objections to China's sovereignty over the South China Sea for a long period of time.For various reasons,China has not developed and neglected management in the South China Sea.It does not mean that China has renounced its legitimate rights and interests in the South China Sea.However,the situation in the South China Sea has undergone tremendous changes in recent years.The dispute over islands,reefs,seas,and resources has become a hot topic.The South China Sea issue has become a hot issue.In addition,the United States has begun to actively intervene in the South China Sea issue,and the countries around the South China Sea have stirred up the situation in the South China Sea.China has to face the complexity of the South China Sea issue.This undoubtedly caused trouble for China to resolve the South China Sea issue.China has to face more challenges here.After a comprehensive analysis of the contributing factors of the South China Sea issue,it is not difficult to find that among many factors,the United States factor is the main reason for the complexity of the South China Sea issue.The United States has to co-operatewith the countries surrounding the South China Sea through military,economic,diplomatic,and international legal systems,and there is even the risk of Sino-US conflict on the South China Sea issue.The US South China Sea policy has always been developing and changing.From maintaining relative neutrality to lightly intervening to deeper intervention,the logic behind its policy department is based on safeguarding the national interests of the United States.As the only superpower in the world,the United States has a pivotal role in solving regional and even global issues.The U.S.regards the leadership position of major powers as the national interest of the United States.The rise and expansion of China stimulated the hegemonic thinking of the United States to a certain extent and began to regard China as a challenger.The United States began strategically to contain China and contain China's development.The issue of the South China Sea is a favorable grip for containing China.The United States began to adjust its strategy to return to the Asia-Pacific region,and it has become deeper and deeper in the South China Sea issue.When China solves the South China Sea issue,the US intervention cannot be avoided and will exist for a long time.It may even become more critical.The issue of the South China Sea has evolved into a contradictory trend between the two major powers of China and the United States.The United States has a key force in the South China Sea issue..Like it or not,China has to properly handle the US interests in the South China Sea In order to safeguard the national interest in solving the South China Sea issue,China must actively mediate in the surrounding countries of the South China Sea,ASEAN,the United States,and various international occasions.It is of paramount importance to handle conflicts of interest with the United States over the South China Sea issue.China should try its best to avoid escalation of conflict friction and adopt an open attitude,taking into account the legitimate interests of other countries in the region,including the United States,in the South China Sea.It is imperative China should take effective diplomatic means to control the frictions and conflicts on the South China Sea,prevent turbulence at sea,and speed up the construction of South China Sea's hard power on the sea to lay a solid foundation for safeguarding the South China Sea,maintain peace and stability in the South China Sea,and create a favorable external environment for the final settlement of the South China propose the corresponding countermeasures for China to deal with the US intervention in the South China Sea.
