If we wsflt to scicfltificslly compare the plannedecoflomic system with market economic system we shouldadopt two standards: one is the standard of value of subject, aflother is the standard of productive force and the relation ofproduction, because the two economic systems are the parts ofecoflomic base in China society for improving productiveforce sfld bettering superstructure and existence for the man.AS Ear as the planned economic system we'd adopted andthe socialism market economic system we're projecting since1992 are concerned, all of which more or less had or has setthe function of economic system into the tools-ration that'sthe only one standard of productivity one hand, or set into thesystem-ration on the other hand, namely the standard ofproductive relation. And the direct result was the two differentpolitical systems Eormed while the standard of value of manwas ignored away.By comparison, the planned economic system mainlyenzphasized on the system-ration that is the abstract ideal ofsocialisffi of the standard of productive relation, while themstket economic system put the much emphasis onto theintcgration of tools-ration and system-ration, namely, thereslizcd process of the practical socialism value. So the latterhas something much more than the former for people toreslizc the man's own values. But, the construction of economic system still has a longway for the man to go if who want to realize utmost the innerincoherence between the man's development to the goal andthe laws of development of history.
