On The Challenges Facing Contemporary Chinese Government Administration And Reform

Since the 1980's,the chinese society has entered a full transional period from tradition,and china's governmental administration faces all kinds of challenge and crisis.ln economic fields,china's Governmental administrations face a double challenge of how to maintence and meanwhile promtoe economic prosperity and development, how to promote reforms and transions in economic system.In political field,it faces a double challage of political integrety and political democrocy. It also, in social development and progress,faces crisis in population enviornment,society and administration. Before these challenges and crisis,the author thinks that china's traditional administrative system and government proper need to be reformed.The reform that this government revolution needs is not only a revision or adjustment of government's public policy upon the old system,but a creation,anminisrative reform and development upon a certain system.since the 1990's ,the purpose of china's administrative reform and progress have been focused on; establishment of marketing government; spreading of administrative power;seperation of govermental structure and functions,namely,the party away from administration, ad ministration from enterprises; systematism of administrative structure; networks of administrative management; professionization of administrative management;worldliness of administrative cultures ;and international;sation of adminisrtation.
