With the coming of the education intellectual economic times and the gradual maturation of the market economic system, the importance of the enterprise's staff and workers is becoming more and more visible. The training of the enterprise's staff, and workers has become the enterprise's management and determines the existence and development of an enterprise .To further sum up its experience, find out the inadequacy, get the training work to be further carried out and promote the development of the enterprise, I wrote the findings report after investigating the training work for the staff and workers of Panzhihua Coal mining Bureau. The outline is as follows. 1. The present situation of Panzhihua Coal Mining Bureau In this part , I use SWOT to analyzed the Bureau's opportunities and threats it is faced with as well as the strength and weakness. it has the Strength is that the Bureau has a competent leading group, the mining area is rich in resources of the best quality. The weakness is that the Bureau has an unstable and incompetent staff. In the process of the enterprise's development in the past few years, it has also experienced some opportunities and threats. The major opportunity is that with the gradual maturation of the market economic system, the government attaches great importance to the coal mining enterprises' making up the deficits and increasing surpluses and much favor and support have been given in the form of laws and policies. The threats are that coal markets are rather out of order and the disorderly competition makes it unable for the enterprise to be run well according to the market laws. Also the enterprise bears a heavy burden-not only financial burdens but also those from the society. Faced with the above, only by basing the training work on its own efforts, adopting scientific methods and or aiming at training properly can the training work of the enterprise I run well. The Bureau's train work has solved the problem fairly well. They have carefully analyzed the opportunities and threats the enterprise is faced with according to its management strategic needs, given full play to its own strengths, got rid of weaknesses, focused the workers' training on the enterprise's production and management and have made great contributions to the enterprise's managment strategy. 2. The present situation of the workers' training in Panzhihua Coal Mining Bureau 2.1. First, the founding of the training institution and the administration system are introduced. The Bureau's training institution mainly consists of the Training Center of staff and workers and the training section of every 2nd-level unit. After the Bureau's practice for a long time, an administration model suitable for the workers' training has been formed, that is "Managed by the one-level unit, two responsible by two-level units and trained by three-level unit". Meanwhile, much work has been done to carry it out and it has played an important part in realizing the training of staff, strengthening macroscopic regulation and control and improving the workers' training. 2.2. The training work is mainly: 2.2.1. To predict training demands so as to make sure the training work is scientific and has clear aims. 2.2.2. To attach importance to the on-the-post training and to go on with the whole-staff training to raise the staff's level of competent quality in an all-round way, and to continue the carrying out of the training in industrial and commercial administration with safety measures training as the center so that the whole bureau's safety index has been achieved and the administration abilities of the medium-level leading cadres have been improved. 2.2.3. To enforce further education and to promote the enterprise's sound development.
