On Fiscal Policy And Monetary Policy Coordination

In today world, economic operation is increasingly complicated, economic phenomena become increasingly confusing, and competition is even more intense than ever. Therefore, in view of the actual situations in respective economic operation, it has been an important duty and an important guarantee to ensure healthy economic operation for the countries in market economy to take economic control by applying the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy. However, fiscal policy and monetary policy are still a question for a study and a practical problem which leaves much to operation, the thesis, adopting the methods of combining abstract analysis with specific survey, standard study with case analysis, in several parts, systematically discusses the theories and practical problem in our socialist market economy, especially, in the period of economic operation, and the thesis present some measures and suggestions to strengthen the control and improve the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy. In the first part, after the analysis of fiscal policy function mechanism, the thesis discusses our country fiscal input policy and output policy which has an important function to exert the market function in the resource allocation; however, in actual economic operation, there are many problems in the fiscal policy which influence the improvement of economy. In the second part, on the bases of the analysis of fiscal policy function mechanism, after the discussion of the object and components of monetary policy, the thesis analyze the problems in the monetary policy function mechanism, and especially, it discusses the influence on deposit elasticity and the influence on permanent income. In the third part, after summing up and analyzing the fiscal policy and monetary policy, the thesis advance that we must make use of the cooperation of the fiscal policy and monetary policy to strengthen the control of economy in the actual situation. In the fourth part, the thesis sums up and analyzes the problems in the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy. These problems weaken the function of cooperation of the fiscal policy and monetary policy. The last part, on the base of the actual problems in the cooperation of the fiscal policy and monetary policy, the thesis discusses several important problems, for example: the revenue problem.. interest rate problem-. finance investment problem and so on. Then, the thesis brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Proceeding from the actual situations, this thesis makes profound analysis of the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy. New ideas and new ways of thinking are produced in the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy; the following points are especially stressed: 1-. After the first stage of industrialization, there is surplus of supply in China, which is different from that in western countries. This phenomenon presents the serious maladjustment of the Chinese economic construction. The effect of the fiscal policy or monetary policy has great limitations.Therefore, how to effectually make use of the cooperation of fiscal policy and monetary policy is an important factor to promote the optimization of economic construction. 2-.
