Enterprise Groups, The Coordinated Management And Decision-making Mechanism

In the course of the development of country economy, the enterprise group plays a much more important role than other economy organizations. Under such a background, combining theoretical discussion with practical analysis on the enterprise group, the author tries to establish the harmonization mechanism and decision-making mechanism of group management.This thesis contains five chapters. Chapter one briefly introduces the thesis?generalization, which includes the source of the title, researching outcome, analysis method, and so on. Chapter two comprehensively studies the enterprise group characters, which involves conception, characteristic and function.As one of key parts, chapter three researches on the group exterior operational harmonization mechanism which includes three aspects: government, law and market. Through game theory analysis about profit distribution between government and enterprise group, two important conclusions are drawn.Being the most important part in this thesis, chapter four mainly studies the group interior operational harmonization mechanism, which includes four points:inspiring and restricting mechanism to operators, to workers; harmonization mechanism between parent-company and subcompany; and enterprise culture mechanism. This chapter uses four models, that is, principal-agent model and reputation model, which are cited; inspiring contract model, which is extended; and profit interior exchange model which established by myself.Chapter five, also a key part of the thesis, pays special attention to group decision-making mechanism. With information and methods, such as management, contract theory, law, etc, the author finds out the deficiency of present decision-making system, and tries to establish and perfect the enterprise group decision-making mechanism.
