It is our~task solved about how to optimize the model of projectmanagement,which can let our engineering technology into the international marketmore better,and fasten engineering consultant internationalize,and enhance the level of projectmanagement of engineering consultant,and consolidate national market at present.Some project contracting system which prevailing in the international construction aredeeply studied on its organization structure its organization structure,the structure of coalition member,the tenure ofparticipants,assignment of responsibilities(separted and cooperative contracting methods,integrated contracting methods,~ management oriented contracting methods,the methods of PFIand ABS) in this paper.While,the relationship of engineering supervisor and project managementof client is analyzed in china.The function and the service range of the international engineeringconsultant are compared with the engineering supervisor of china in the model of projectmanagement.This thesis argued that tenure of design party is inadequate and the supervisor'sservice range is too limited in the constructing.At the end, this thesis analyzed the subjective andobjective cause of the present~status of the engineering supervisor in china.This paper provides an optimized model in project management,separated the engineeringconsultant into two layers,those in of the project planning and controls as upper and thoseonly do the supervise in the constructing as the second layer,through the comparative analysismethods and accounting for the status of china.
