The Systematic Analysis And Case Research Of The Technological Innovation Ability Of Enterprise

The research of technologic innovation has been persisted for half a century. But a clearly define and its study of technologic innovation ability never been put forward and discussed before 80's. The analyses are still not clear. And a grown-up theory has not been set up while the glossaries are not unified yet. All the research of the technologic innovation ability are usually insular, separately and stilled and ignore the unitary and systemic of it so much that make things getting harder. The system approach theory gives us a new study pathway and a new framework so that we will be given a more scientific method to carry on our research.This article united the theory of the system approach with the technologic innovation ability, while re-disassembled and r-defined the factors that made up of the technologic innovation ability. The author analyzed and discussed the makeup and its relationships of the factors deeply. He abstracted the manage ability of technologic innovation from the other factors to emphasize the importance in the strategic level and built the system approach model of the technologic innovation ability. And then the author discussed the factors of this model and its environment and tried to analyze and research the running mechanism of this model.Base on it, I chose Huawei as my individual research case to analyze the reasons behind its success with the system approach model in order to help more Chinese enterprises to learn something from it.Finally I analyzed the factors that the scarcity of the technologic innovation ability among Chinese enterprises, then I have found some obstacle factors and have given some advice for that Finally, I pointed out how to improve the technologic innovation ability so that a enterprise can survive and develop successfully.
