The Behavior Of State-owned Enterprises Under The New Economic Environment Study

The thesis aim: 1 .State-owned enterprises are the main part of Socialism market economy. In order to bring its effort into fill play we must establish modern idea of marketing and modern enterprise system. But idea and system must be showed by business behavior, so I抣l study business behavior from a new angle in this thesis. 2.In the 21st century, our country will build mature socialism market economy, and the management of state-owned enterprises will be on the way to maturity. The most important expression of maturity is that business behavior adapts itself to new circumstances. 3 .For enterprises, circumstances are objective, uncontrollable and changeable. To survive and develop enterprises, we must study the new circumstances. In this thesis, we mainly study business behavior, which are the new economic and technology circumstances demanded in the 21St century. The thesis is divided into three parts: 1. State-owned enterprises are facing the new circumstances. With the development of electronic technology, network technology, biological technology and so on. On the one hand, it indicates knowledge economy has come; on the other hand, it accelerates the transmission of information, reduces transaction cost of the international economic relation and quickens economic globalization. Knowledge and economic globalization provide the new economic circumstances for state-owned enterprises. 2. Main trends of business behavior in the new economic circumstances. Competition between enterprises will be more intense in the new economic circumstances. Market urges enterprises to regulate itself And heightens pioneering behavior, creative behavior, competitive behavior, overall service behavior, network behavior and green behavior. 3. The ways of state-owned enterprises behavior changing in the new economic circum~tances. We consider that building mature market economic main body is the prerequisite of business behavior transforming. On the basis of this, we mainly study the ways of building pioneering behavior, creative behavior, competitive behavior, overall service behavior, network behavior and green behavior. The thesis has following characteristics: 1. We discuss main trends of business behavior from the angle of the economic circumstances and reveal the direction of state-owned enterprises?behavior transformation. 2. We break old models of studying and lay special emphasis on authentic proof 3.On the methodology, we use the materialism dialectics to systematically study business behavior in the new economic circumstances.
