The Development Of Smes In China Countermeasures

The middle-small enterprises in our country have been flourishing since the reform and opening of our country. Especially in 1 990s, the middle-small enterprise developed rapidly. The thriving of the middle-small enterprises brought enormous vital force for our national economy. But the development of the middle-small enterprises is counteracted heavily by some external and internal problems. And this directly interfered with the developmental plan of our national economy. So it is very important to find a way to boost the development of middle-small enterprises on the basis of thorough study of them. In the view of all these, based on the method of comparative analyzing, we have made a systemic study to explore the ways and means of solving the problems exited in external management environment and internal system of the middle-small enterprises. Firstly, it is narrated the importance of boosting our middle-small enterprise, and introduced conception and characteristic of the middle-small enterprises and important roles they played in the economics of various countries. Then it is summarized some primary policy and measures took in the developed countries, and thoroughly analyzed the status and main problems of middle-small enterprises in our country comparing with the new characters and developing trends of middle-small enterprises in the developed countries. On the basis of the analysis, three countermeasures were put forward to improve the external management environment of the middle-small enterprises. The countermeasures include policy supporting, financing supporting and improving the social service system for middle-small enterprises. Finally, two countermeasures were put forward in order to improve the capacities of management and administration of the middle-small enterprises. And on the basis of analyzing some cases, we pointed out the wrong ideas often used in management. On the whole, the paper tries to find good measures to promote the development of the middle-small enterprises in our country.
