The Research On The Future Development Of Chinese Small-middle-sizde Enterpvise

The medium and small-sized enterprises have a great meaning in our country for some important problems solution, such as accelerating the economy development; relaxing the formation of the market economy system etc. According to the mentioned above, the paper is concerned with the advice and solution about the development of the medium and small-sized enterprises through the study of theory and the explanations of reality. This paper has three main parts as follows:The first part is the outline about the medium and small-sized enterprises, including the boundary line between the medium and small-sized enterprises and large-sized enterprises, the characters of the medium and small-sized enterprises, their status and effects in the national economy and the review on their evolution course. The second discusses the existing problems. The third is the principal part of this paper, which brings forward some correlative countermeasures in order to resolve the problems. These measures mainly have two aspects, action of the enterprises themselves and the governments' support policies.
