Industrial Development And Ecological Construction In Chongqing City Coordinated Countermeasures

Ecological environment is a system of living things, which is composed of atmosphere, water and soil spheres and biosphere, while industry is a social material producing division, which exploits, cuts and collects all kinds of raw materials and then manufactures them. There is the relationship between industrial development and ecological construction. On one hand, ecological environment plays and important role in industrial development; on the other hand, industrial development brings malignant effects to ecological environment. Once the ecological environment is destroyed, it would be bard for ecological environment to provide the basic objective conditions as to meet the requirement of industrial development. Hence it is impossible for industry to develop. Nowadays Chongqing 憇 ecological environment shows some malignant symptoms, which are caused by industry violation of nature law and it draws our great attention. This dissertation attempts to analyze how industrial development destroys ecological environment, produces pollution to and interference with environment from the malignant conditions; and then forwards the strategy of coordination of industrial development and ecological construction of Chongqing metropolis in consideration of the background of our time, and gives the basic principles, which should be obeyed in its enforcement. This dissertation attempts to probe into the economic development effect upon ecological environment under such a fragile ecological environment. It forwards the general strategy and the basic principles that should be obeyed, and ten alternatives of effective measures as to safeguard the smooth coordination of chongqing industrial development and ecological construction.
