Research On Agricultural Sustainable Strategy Selecting & Ecological Construction's Progression

Since the 20th century especially after World War II, there were three important changes in the world. The first change was developed countries took the lead to strengthen agriculture with modern scientific technology and industry so social productive forces were obviously heightened and plenty of material wealth was created which has never been done before. Thus the development of human being's social civilization was greatly promoted. The second one is with the rapid enlargement of population and raising of living standard, the requirement for the good, safe and healthy food is growing gradually. The last one is unreasonable social economic activities that polluted the environment and damaged resources deepened the contradictory between human beings and nature and thus new hindrance and challenge to the conditions development of social economy and human being's living came into being.Within rather long period the development of agriculture in our country will face three challenges. One is how to meet the gradually-grow requirement of plenty of excellent agricultural products. One is how to keep and heighten comprehensive economic benefits. The other is how to prevent the trend of the exhaustion of natural sources and gradual worsening of ecological environment. China is a developing country with large territory and population. The economy grows quickly but resources of each person is comparatively little. Ecological contradictories such as damage of resources and pollution of environment are especially serious. Ecological economic base was weak originally and lacked balance later so the benefits became less and less. Thus it couldn't bear the great loss as developed countries beared the loss of "firstly being polluted and destroyed and then controlled and managed". During the course of realizing normal agricultural modernization, it is impossible for China to own cheap resource supply and economic bearing. Besides, labor forces exceed and the development cannot easily get allowance from government. Therefore, the modernization of normal agriculture cannot fully conform to the factual conditions of agriculture in our country and replacing agricultural technology is needed to be developed and applied. In general, evolution from traditional agriculture to modernagriculture promoted economic development and society's civilization and development. However, during the development of modern agriculture many phenomena such as ecological environmental pollution, damage to resource and exhaustion had been seen in many developed and mid-developed area. Facing worldwide trend of "the second green revolution" and "agricultural continuative development", how to walk out of "normal developing model", how to realize continuative development and how to lead to healthy and good-circle development have been paid great attention to and solved finally.Just under this situation, as a successful model and an important part of agricultural continuative development, ecological agricultural construction came into being in early 80s and adapted the Chinese situation and developed quickly. Ecological agriculture has been put into use in China for more than 20 years. Through Chinese government's advocating and academic field's research and exploration in many aspects especially all-level and wide practice in countries, its guiding idea, technological principles and model meet the factual situation of our country so it is easily accepted and put into use by cadres and farmers in the countries. Besides, it showed great potentials in production, development and environmental protection in thousands of experimental modern plots throughout the country. With limited material and technology ecological agriculture has got many comprehensive benefits in many aspects. It is a new intensive farming mixed by labor, fund, technology and energy commodity. It is just the destination which normal agricultural developing model devoting much attention to "green technology revolution" is lack and is hard to achieve. There is a wide developing futur...
