With the deepening reformation of the financing structure in our country and in face of the situation of the immediate entry into WTO, the fierce competition among commercial banks is focussed on the personnel. The research into the problems concerned provides the right approaches for a winner. In this thesis, the significance of the research into the selection, allotment and incentive management of personnel is discussed, an analysis of the personnel of a sub-branch office of the commercial bank in Shenzhen is made and some strategies for choosing personnel by not sticking to one pattern and allotting personnel by giving play to one's strong points while avoiding one's shortcomings are suggested so that the goal of the bank is achieved by making full use of incentive. Factor evaluating model has been studied especially in my paper. |
