In this paper, the author has collected a concise case that the reform of human resources was from one of commercial bank in china. It was a new practice and thorough revolution. The reform will use for reference, when other bank was going to reform management of their human resources in the future.This case may be described in three aspects:1 The background of the reform currently. It is comprised of three unique segments: 1) industry and 2) enterprise and 3) managers etc. Consequence of reinforcement schedules and incentives magnitudes for employee performance: problems, encountered in an industrial setting.2 How did the reform have be operated. How did the managers organize and control this reform. It include publicity and emulating each other and ordination etc.At first, the managers begin preparation for reform.The Second, the managers organized all employee to take part in examination oratting and election.The end, this enterprise accomplished the plan of reform.3 There was some result and problem in this reform. The author made an analysis on those problem in this paper.
