Hereafter, thewho1e di5sertation is divided into 4 sections.Section I:With the app1ication of the basic princip1esand methods, it general ly analyzes the contemporaryadministrative Rechanism, ecological environment and itsinf1uences as 'el1 as e1ucidate the implicature of theecological balance situation of the contemporaryadmin istrat ive nechan ism.Section l l: lt sysematical ly analyzes the ecologicalenvironment of the CAM in China and its influences. Andtbrough the analysis, it indicates the ecologicalenviron'ent of the CAM in China is in the process oftransi-- tion, the fact of which de'ands the government tohave corresponding re-- forms and adjustRents to there8lization of the extern81 balance of the system.Section 1ll: It systematica1ly analyzes the interna1ba1ance situation of the CAM in China and indicates thatthe CAM has basica1ly set up a comp1ete structure of theinternal operating mechanism. However, due to various reasons, subjective and objective, it still demands further efforts to realizs the internal balance of the CAM in China.Section IV: Based on the analysis of the above, it indicates the dimensions of the CAM, in which efforts should be exerted to achieve the goal of ecological balance or rahter the directions of the adjustment to the realization of the external and internal balance of the administrative mechanism in China.
