Study on the development of four kind of wasteland An example of Luliang area Abstract The theoretical analysis of harnessing and exploitation for four kind of wasteland in LuLiang area was conducted systematically applying the relevant theories such as ecological economics. First, on the foundation of present studying on the domestic and international progressing of ecological economic appraisement, a set of appraising index system about the harnessing and exploitation for four kind of wasteland was brought forward combining resource and social economic situation and realistic situation of harnessing and exploitation for four kind of wasteland in LuLiang area. Then, by the mean of integration of theory with practice, the demonstration analysis of harnessing and exploitation of four kind of wasteland for WangJiaGou watershed in LuLiang area was conducted. The results shown that: the present problems and shortages that ecological benefits was thought more highly than economic benefits resultit~g in the lack of benefit drive of harnessing and exploitation of four kind of wasteland to the peasants. Final, according to relevant theories and the fact of LuLiang area, the optimization pattern structure of harnessing and exploitation of four kind of wasteland was carried out and the pattern was analyzed and declared systematically...
