Evaluation Of Economic Benefits Of Ecological Immigrants Based On Theory Of Sustainable Livelihoods

The main purpose of ecological migration is to protect the ecological environment and promote the income of herdsmen,Therefore,the policy provides a new path for herdsmen to get rid of poverty.However,in the situation of the restoration of the ecological environment in the relocation area,a large number of pastoral resettlement occurred in the resettlement area and the resettlement problem was highlighted,which causes more obstacles to the advancement of the ecological resettlement project.What is the main cause of this problem,What about the ecological benefits are,In oder to realize the stability of the immigrants in the long-term stability of the settlements,to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation,more attention should be paid to the production and living of the ecological migrants in the resettlement area.So far,there are more and more studies of ecological migration in academia,But the benefits of ecological migration has just begun,Mainly is to use fuzzy evaluation method,AHP and so on,in terms of economic,ecological and social benefits,From a macro perspective evaluation.However,The main purpose of this study is to investigate the actual occurrence of immigration arrangements.the condition of the immigration from the perspective of the herdsmans,In order to realize the stability of the immigration life in the settlement area,Therefore,The paper is based on 120 herdsmen in Xilinhot.the theory of the scientific outlook on development and sustainable livelihood are guided by the concept of "people-oriented".The survival condition and sustainable development of the settlement area are the perspective,Details of the migration to the city of xilinhot to construct the evaluation system of ecological benefit,then using factor analysis method and DID model to analyze the ecological benefits of the area and conclude that ecological immigration broadens the income channels of herdsmen,but the social benefit evaluation is general,the employment problem is outstanding,the economic benefits of immigrants have not been effectively improved.And then discusses the problems and difficulties of ecological migration and causes.At last,the paper presented suggestion which included employment mechanism,risk resistance ability,social security policy planning,legal system.
