Taiwan belongs to China from remote past to now. Taiwan Problem was an international problem before the end of the Second World War because Taiwan was under colonial rule of Japan. After the Second World War, Japan returned Taiwan to China as a result of vanquished nation. Taiwan Problem became an internal affair of China because the men who were entrenched in Taiwan were Guomintang(KMT) group who were defeated in civil war. Owing to America's interference Taiwan Problem could not be solved for a long time. And Taiwan Problem also became a variable which affected the development of China-U.S.A. relations. The essay mainly discusses Taiwan Problem as an internal affair of China how to affect the development of China-U.S.A. relations. It is divided into three chapters. Chapter I is "Taiwan Problem leading U. S. A. not to recognize the Government of The People'Republic of China"Chapter II is "Struggle with the Soviet Union for hegemony leading U.S.A. to establish diplomatic relation with China" Chapter II is "Unifying the country how to affect the development of China---U.S.A. realations" In chapter I , I mainly analyse the origin of Taiwan Problem., the plot of U.S.A. fomenting splits and the cause of U.S.A. not recognizing the Government of China. In chapterll, I analyse U.S.A. how to establish diplomatic relations with China for the interests of itself and finally recognize the new China. In the last chapter , II emphatically expound it how to affect China-U. S. A. relations if China unifies by peace way and if by force way it will how to go.
