With the rise of new technology innovation whose core content is infonnation innovation, the whole world convulsed for it. This technology innovation involved all important fields of science and technology, its scale is more large than any other foregone ages, its influence on the modem industrial enterprise is to make the technology improvement become the crucial factor of economic development. Producing product with high technology and accessional value is the inevitable choice of any enterprise. In addition, with the wide use of the computer and the electronic technology, the mode of production have changed and the condition for multi-variety strategy come into being. The focus of competition between the modem enterprise is the competition of product innovation, and the realization in the market of the innovative product is the key aspect of the product innovation. In the nowadays market competition, not all the enterprises will carry the product innovation successfully, and the most common factor which results in the failure of the product innovation is the market factor, so I put forward the research of the marketing of innovation product and I think this research bears important practical meaning. This thesis is consisted of four parts. Part one is preface which clarify the age background, the researching object, meaning of the researching and the framework of the dissertation. Part two is academic investigation which includes several theory pertinent to the marketing of innovational product. Part three studies the product innovation experience of the enterprise in the developing country especially in the America and the Japan to get some revelation for our own country. Part four is the main part of this dissertation and this part analysis the problem and embarrassment of the corporation about the marketing of innovational product in our country, besides the part also bring up some countermeasure and advice to give some referrence to the internal corporation.
