tourism products innovation will be the most importantproject in tourism industry in the new century. This paper attempts to setup a system of tourism products innovation in perspective of SystemTheory, and give a systematic study on subjects,objects,circumstances,driving forces and operation of product innovation.This paper contains six parts:Part one is an introduction. It presents market trends, advances anew theory "System of tourism products innovation ". ln this part, studymethods are also be pointed out.Part two aims at fundamental conceptions of tourism product andtourism product innovation.On the basis of discussion about tourismproduct, I put forward a new definition in perspective of innovation.Moreover, some new viewpoints about tourism products innovation aretalked over.Part three shows system theory of tourism products innovation. Itintroduces system functions. structures, and indicates four criterions ofsystem operation.Part four studies subects,objects,circumstances,driving forces andoperation of tourism product innovation. Everyone consists discussion ofexamples in order to apply into practice more easily.Part five is a detailed report on system of tourism productsinnovation in Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town. It introduces productsinnovation of four theme parks in Overseas Chinese Town, points outsome shortcomings and gives some advice.Part six is a conclusion .At last, it gives six pieces of suggestion onimproving tourism products innovation in our country.
