As the development of market economy, large quantity of private enterprises develop rapidly in China in recent 10 years, and Broad Air Conditioning is one of the most attractive private enterprise. If we were shamed of the low level of manufacturing and efficiency in the trade of air conditioning, now we can say we have intensive reasons to be pride of the technology of Direct-Fired Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller/Heater leading by China in the world and we are also pride of the highly developing speed and competitive ability owned by Broad Air Conditioning.On the basis of the development of Broad Air Conditioning in China, the article narrates the analyses and studies of the public sale strategy performed by Broad Air Conditioning systemically according to the general theories of market sales and strategic management. At the same time , the market environments in viable terms and its variation and viable strategies due to the different developments of the enterprise in different terms are discussed in order to keep the enterprise to own stable markets and thus to provide the theoretic bases for the research of how to keep stable development for the private enterprises.Since the entrance to the WTO, how to face the competitions fromaboard for domestic enterprises become an important problem and theresults in the studies can be references for them to set reasonable thoughtsand sale policies.
