Construction Of Small Towns In Yanbian Area

The current and future development of small towns improves the agriculture, agricultural management, proper layout of regional economy and the development of rural markets and plays an important role in the encouragement of rapid economic growth, the development of township enterprises and other fields. Following the guiding line of the Third Plenary Session of the 15 Central Committee of the P.R.C and with a view to deepening the reform, the speeding up of rural development, improvement of the quality of life in small towns and urbanization, the development guide line for small towns should be determined as soon as possible.
