The Matching Development Of The Small Towns' Enterprises And Towns' Construction

So far, though studies have been conducted on promoting the small towns' development in our province, which has caused the apparent contribuction to the small towns' construction and development, but there is not complete and systematic study combing developing the small towns' enterprises with construting the small towns: For this reason, this paper choose the question as its subject. Firstly, by a doption of ducuments, investigation, analysis of some examples, this paper analyzes the current situations of the small towns' development in Henan province; such as small number; the non-balant development; the small scale; the distinct and distinctive features and the successful model projects. It also points out the problems including so small scale that its founction can't be played fully; lacking in fundamental installations and too low in construction standards; deceleration in its development of its enterpries and the supporting foundion has been weakened. From the angle of quality and quantity, this paper advances the judging standards on the coordination between developing the small towns' enterprises and constructing small towns, analyzes the indispensability of the coordinated development, and finds out the obstacles existing in coordinating of the two things, such as system, population, economy, which explains why the coordination is the basic way for developing Henan small towns. Lastly, this paper draw its condusions for small towns construction and development.
