After Cold War, the relationship among Northeast Asian countries has been intricate as to the problem of Korean Peninsula. In addition to that, the problem of Korean peninsula has intrinsically been an international issue Therefore, the change of situations in Korean peninsula has become an significant variable which determines the political tendency of Northeast Asia. The Summit conference of North Korea and South Korea in 2000,and the rapid development in relationship of mutual communication and cooperation between North Korea and South Korea after it, give considerable prominence to independent decision梞aking in Korean Peninsula.
