| The Supply and Marketing Co perative is the farmers economical cooperative organization, and its origin and development are connected with agriculture closely. At present, some problems with agriculture have emerged such as agricultural products being unsalable, and farmers?income growing sluggish, and so on. The agricultural development calls for structural adjustment and agricultural industrialized management urgently. The management requires farmers improved and organized entry into markets, as well as top enterprises?broad participation. This paper, through a thorough analysis of the different organized styles and three mechanisms of profit allotment in the agricultural industrialized management, and the co-operation and management of the Supply and Marketing Co-operatives, drawing on the successful practice of the overseas agricultural industrialized management and co-operatives, concludes that the agricultural industrialized management needs Supply and Marketing Co-operative's positive participation, and that it offers a fresh opportunity for the Co-operative's development, too. However, Supply and Marketing Co-operative has not played its deserved role in the agricultural industrialized management in practice. Its action should be embodied in these areas: (1) Supply and Marketing Co-operative's participation in the agricultural industrialized management cmi become the key enterprises and raise the 6rmers organizing level. (2) Supply and Marketing Co-operative's participation in the agricultural industrialized management can provide intermediary service for the agricultural industrialized management. In the course of the agricultural industrialized management, the Co-op ative will not reduce its management to one area or one field, but give full play to its managing network and give impetus to scaled-aimed agricultural industrialized management. Some suggestions are given below to use its tion fully: (1) to establish the specialized cooperative in order to keep farmers organized in production. (2) to enhance the construction of top enterprises in the light of local conditions. (3) to perfect the grass-roots service station to provide comprehensive service for agriculture.(4) to connect the wholesale markets of agricultural products to promote the selling of agricultural products. (5)to build up information net on circulation of agricultural products to provide demand information of agricultural products. |
