The Study On Organizational Mechanism And Organizational Operative Model Of Dragon-headed Enterprise In Operation Of Agricultural Industrialization

In this article, the study on organizational mechanism (OM) and organizational operative model (OOM) of dragon-headed enterprises (DE) in operation of agricultural industrialization (OAI) is done by means of combining the theoretical analyses with positive analyses nd in elucidating OM, the progressive way is used, that is , from microcosm to macrocosm and from externals to internals DE changes itself for adapting to the circumstances. The features of DE in OAI, the relationship between DE and farmers in OAT and the scale limit of enterprise are elucidated at different angles. OM is clarified according to the model of market, industrialization and net; the standard of efficiency is analyzed and the standard of incentive mechanism is discussed and chosen. On the bases of analyses and contrasts of organizational efficiency in different OOMs, the general principles of the corresponding incentive compatibility constraint are made out. The article emphasizes to elucidate the OM in OAT, to analyze and contrast the OOMs which are running in practice at present and will emerge in the developing trend and to analyze and appraise systematically the three typical kinds of DEs in OAI in Hebei province positively. The article indicates that DE in OAT is a link between farmers and market in market economy and DE establishes OM of mutually beneficial cooperation and OOM of mutual constraint and improvement, but the different OOMs adapt to the different circumstances and industries and there is no permanent model. DE in OAI should exlore and improve its OOM in order to gain high efficiency. On the basis of theoretical and positive analyses, the article puts forward the policy and suggestion to develop DE in OAT quickly. We snould persist in providing the chance for the development of DE on the base of technical guarantee and prolonging the industrial link of OAT. We should establish the profit mechanism of mutual benefits and risks in order to enhance and develop DE in OAT. We should also improve the OM of DE in OAI in order to promote the development of DE in OAT. We should strive without cease to open up the national and international market to promote the development of De toward marketability, scale and internationalization.
